Production Services

Regional Steel Products offers pre-fabrication, quality cuts on all material. We have two saw lines, CNC burn table capabilities, beam splitting, and an Ironworker to produce all your parts to drawing specifications for easy fit up and welding. Custom CAD programming is available for all industrial and decorative plate cutting offered on our CNC table for whatever your project might need. We can provide highly accurate and consistent cut pieces on site to make your fabrication projects run more efficiently with a quick turnaround from quote to delivery.

SERVICES

IRON WORKER

  • Shear flats and strips up to 12” in width and up to 5/8” thick.
  • Punch holes up to 1” in diameter in flat material up to 5/8” thick.
  • Shear angles up to 4” x 4” x 3/8”
  • Shear HR Rounds up to 5/8” thick.
  • Ironworker is only for mild steel (A36). No stainless or high carbon steel.

Beam Splitter

  • Split beams down the length to create WT beam or Tees.
  • This process also uses a track torch with a plasma torch head. We can split beams up to 20” in width and up to 25’ long.

Large Vertical Saw

  • Cut beams up to 24” in width and pipe up to 16” in diameter.
  • Perform miter cuts on all material ranging from 30° to 150° off horizontal.

Track Torch with an 8’ x 20’ burn table

  • Cut all grades of steel plate,
    aluminum, and stainless up to 3” in thickness.
  • (linear cuts only)

Galvanizing

  • Offering stock size galvanized material.
  • Offering galvanizing custom fabricated parts.

Custom CNC
Plasma Table

  • Victory 8’x20′ CNC Plasma Table (Unitized System) with Hi-Precision Hypertherm XPR170 VWI plasma cutter.
  • Our plasma table can pierce up to 1-1/2” thick and edge cut up to 2” thick material.
  • Capable of cutting gussets, brackets, steel rings, lifting lugs, base plates, and any custom designs our customers need.
  • We can cut mild steel, stainless, or aluminum.
  • We can create custom CAD drawings for the parts you need or import any .DXF file for parts already designed.
